IKEA’s Time Travel Experiment

The IKEA experience is exciting enough on its own. Throw in a camera crew, some actors and a scary hypnotist, and you’re in for right treat.

To highlight that life happens everyday, IKEA let young couples sneak peek into the future and experience life-changing everyday events in advance.

A couple of months ago, IKEA collaborated with world-renowned hypnotist Justin Tranz to help young couples experience their products and solutions, in the future. Tranz, with over 6,000 stage shows in Vegas on his resume, quickly turned the IKEA bedrooms and bathrooms into a stage and passers into a stunned audience.

After putting the couples willing to be hypnotized in trance, a state of sleepwalking where people are more open for suggestion, they were exposed to potential life-changing everyday events in a predicted future everyday life.

The experiment, led by world-renowned hypnotist Justin Tranz, premieres on YouTube August 20th.

The experiment is about young people living out life’s big moments in IKEA bedrooms and bathrooms – rooms that IKEA is paying extra attention to this year, knowing that if everyone can start and end their day in a way that suits them, their everyday will become better as well.

IKEA‘s aim is not only to hypnotise their customers, but to to offer a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible will be able to afford them. Whatever you need for your house, IKEA will have, and at a decent price.

Over the last few years their designs and manufacturing techniques have just got better and better. As technology evolves, so should furniture! Students, Businesses, individuals benefit from the Swedish company both financially and visually.

40 years experience, well over 8,000 stage shows and has put more than 150,000 people to “sleep.”

On the flip side, Justin Tranz DOES want to hypnotise his customers, and he is pretty darn good at it you know. With 40 years in the field of messing with people’s minds, 8,000 stage shows under his belt and having put more than 150,000 people to “sleep”, Justin had no trouble with this experiment.

  • Ikea customer.

I cannot believe that a modern, socially responsible company like IKEA would want to get involved with anything as sordid as hypnotism.
Have a look at Youtube.com Most of the hypnotists that I have seen or heard of are verging on the edge of being perverts.
