London based newcomers Black Casino & The Ghost are set to creep, like a spectre, into your consciousness over the coming months with the release of their debut EP Falling Into Pieces on November 14th. King Loaf loves bands, we also love bands with a smoking hot lead singer. See the photo below for evidence.
With an uncontrollable list of influences, ranging from the female fronted sonic of Nancy Sinatra and PJ Harveythrough to the gypsy stomp of Gogol Bordello, ‘Falling Into Pieces’ happened as an uncontrolled self therapeutic outpouring for a bar-tending, customer-service haunted vocalist Zoot, while the rest of the EP demonstrates a cinematic, orchestral character, emotionally anarchic and more than a little tempestuous too.
Currently riding a wave of blog hype Zoot (vocals), Ariel (vocals/piano), Ariel (guitar) and Andy (drums) have particular talents in production: in their element in the studio, incredible on stage.
You can watch the video for the lead track, Falling Into Pieces in the player above.
